Cenco Kinetic Energy Piston
Used in the following activities:
- Inspect plastic pellets for chips and replace with new ones
- The piston should be balanced so the copper vane moves up and down freely between the supporting magnet
- Turn on the illumination light
- Turn on motor and slowly increase the rotor's speed
- Observe the piston climb as the kinetic energy of the molecules increases
- To discharge the blue plastic pellets turn on the ionation switch for a few seconds
