Bernoulli's Principle

A. Connect as shown, use tall stand to avoid sharp bends in air line, check air pressure and separate the two discs by 5/8". 
1. Turn on air from line. 
2. Observe the upper disc move towards the lower one. 
3. Increase the separation between the discs. 
4. Observe the air jet blow the upper disc away. 

B. Connect as shown. 
1. Blow air between two ping pong balls. 
2. Observe them come together.

C. Connect as shown. 
1. Blow air over edge of thin paper. 
2. Observe paper flap up and down due to the decrease in air pressure. 

D. Connect as shown. 
1. Turn on air from line. 
2. Ping pong ball is held in funnel.
