Use single, double, and multiple Pasco slits as well as fine, course, and medium Welsh diffraction gratings.
Description:
| 1. Connect as shown 2. Project patterns onto side screen from the front table or the projection table in room 102. 3. Images can also be projected onto side wall using white bristle board . 4. Patterns are brightest nearer the screen. Note: Refer to the H & S Manual for Laser safety information. Method: 1. Turn on laser. 2. Adjust position of slit or grating. 3. Dim the lecture room lights. A.k.a. Young's Double Slit Experiment. Note: single slits are available as film or as variable mechanical slits. |
