Setup: 1. Use sewing thread 2. Keep balloons about 6' above floor for easier viewing 3. Fill balloons with about 20% helium to make it lighter 4. If balloons are too light add masking tape to bottom To demonstrate electrostatics: 1. Rub each balloon with cat's fur 2. Charge large ebonite rod / pad with cat's fur 3. Rub glass rod with silk 4. Show positive charges attract"
