Surface Tension in Capillary Tubes

Description:

1. Arrange as shown. 
2. Use only 4 tubes #6, #4, #2, #1 for best separation in water / ink levels. 
3. Pre-soak tubes in water / ink to insure that the inner tube is wetted. 
4. For projection in a large class (room 102) use an ink solution only. 

Method:
1. Turn on projector. 
2. Observe each water / ink level corresponding to the tube's diameter (#6 largest diameter and lowest level).
