Description:

Show transverse waves on the Bell Crank machine directly or with a camera.

Historical diagram:

Demo projected using a mounted (sideways) projector

  1. Use 3M overhead mounted vertically on stand
  2. Clean the rods with methanol and coat them with a very light machine oil
  3. Turn on overhead projector
  4. Rotate the crank slowly
