Description:
| Part A. 1. Setup as shown 2. Fill tank until it is 3" from top Method: 1. Set up the oscillatory motion in the slosh tank by gently lifting the tank up and down 2. Avoid building up too large a wave Part B. 1. Fill jars with different amounts of water 2. This should produce different periods of simple harmonic motion 3. Also use hydrometers from list and 2nd year labs Method: 1. Hold the bottle upright and in the middle of the breaker 2. Don't pull it out of the water complete when it is released |
