Description:

Shows a tuning fork vibrating when it is subjected to sound waves of its frequency. 1) Start with one tuning fork, set in a table with a ping pong ball hanging gently near it. 2) Show that when you strike the tuning fork the ball bounces. 3) Take a second tuning fork and hold it near - the first one will resonate. 4) Next set up the speaker with signal set to sine wave. 5) Sweep through the frequencies, when you get to the tuning fork frequency, you will see the ball bounce.
